My approach

I can help design concepts, build your product story, give life to your chatbot, name your buttons, and/or train your team. One of my specialties is helping organizations who aren't exactly sure what they need, which means you can send me anything from a detailed brief to a frantic SOS.

Together we'll create a sustainable process for designing the right words, for the right people, at the right time. You'll get the skills and tools to answer questions like, "Should users 'log in' or 'sign in'?" and "Should we ever be funny?" and back them up with best practices and data.

The things we think with

This is my thinkiest workshop. You'll get a deeper perspective on the relationship between design and archaeology, from an ethics perspective. Don't bring your product. Or, do.

Name that thing

You've nailed your value proposition, but what is the thing you made? Is it a tool, a platform, or a community? You've got the adjectives, but I can help you get the nouns and verbs. Do you log in? Sign up? Join?
